How to do it
- Heat the pan with sesame oil. When hot, add garlic and ginger and stir until fragrant.
- Add shiitake mushrooms and stir just enough to cook. Season with soy sauce Add the onion and stir well. Set aside to cool
- Scoop the fried stuffing onto the dumplings, spread the water around and wrap tightly.
- Boil the water Boil the wrapped dumplings until they are well cooked. Scoop up the drain Mix a little sesame oil and set aside.
