Pork Bulgogi.

If you are tired of eating Korean food at a restaurant and suddenly want to have fun trying to cook pork bulgogi at home? I’d say it’s unbelievably easy. Because most Korean people tend to cook this menu and eat at home anyway. You can use beef or pork depending on your preference. Let’s take a look at the ingredients and how to do it.

Ingredient

  • Pork belly 2 lines (weight 300 grams)
  • 2-3 spring onions, sliced
  • 6 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 inch ginger, coarsely chopped 1 head
  • 1-2 onions, coarsely chopped
  • Gochujang 7-8 tablespoons
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 4 tablespoons of mirin
  • 1-2 tbsp Korean chili powder

Method pork bulgogi.

1.Put garlic, ginger, onion, Gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, Mirin and chili powder in a blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth. UFABET

2. Slice the pork belly into thin slices. Mix with the marinade thoroughly and set aside for 2 hours or refrigerate overnight.

3. Put oil in a pan, wait until very hot, add pork, stir fry over medium heat until pork is cooked, add spring onion, mix thoroughly and turn off the heat. 

Trick

You can use Thai cayenne pepper instead of Korean cayenne pepper, but reduce the amount.
